Plantegy Live Plants Refund Policy

We love our plants, it's fun to see them grow. Especially for those unique and rare one. We believe people are more happier with plants. As with all living things, no two plants are alike. There is some natural variation in size, shape, and characteristics. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website.

At Plantegy, we value our customers just as much as we value our plants. In stead of refund, we will replace you with new live plants. 

We Do replace the plants in case:
 - The plants completely died or roots completely rotted within 2 days after arrival. 

 We DO NOT replace the plants in case:

 - The plants have died because of hold up at shipping company due to wrong mailing/contact information being submitted by customer. Plantegy is not responsible for any shipping delay beyond its control or due to shipping company’s own reason.

- The plants have partial root rots, yellow leaf and died leaf because of climate change, please contact Plantegy for special tips to rehab your plants after travel.

- Plants may perish due to improper care such as over or under watering, excess or lack of lighting, poor soil, improper transfers to alternative mediums, etc

We do our best to ensure that our plants are pest-free, partially to fully rooted, and acclimated to Canadian climate. As plants can be fragile and sensitive to environmental changes, there may be times that plants become unhealthy and simply cannot be revived. In these cases, please  simply email us at info@plantegy.com or contact us via Instagram @plantegy_official, we will guide you to the right direction.

 

Plantegy Refund Policy For other Items

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Additional shipping and handling fees may be incurred on exchanges and replacements.

Please note: the decision to offer a refund or exchange will be strictly at the discretion of Plantegy.
